Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries main kaam karne walay expat employees kay liye end-of-service benefit (EOSB) ya gratuity ek ahem financial right hai. Yeh woh payment hai jo employer ko apne employee ko employment khatam honey par dena hota hai. Qatar Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, Article 54 ke mutabiq, minimum 3 weeks (21 din) ki basic wage har saal. Contract is se zyada de sakta hai lekin kam nahi.
Kuwait Labour Law No. 6 of 2010 ke mutabiq monthly-paid employees kay liye formula: pehle 5 saal 15 din/year, uske baad 1 month/year. Maximum cap 18 months salary.
Oman Labour Law (Royal Decree 53/2023) ke mutabiq eligible workers kay liye 1 month basic salary har saal. Yeh sab se simple aur clear formula hai.
March 2024 se naya system. Employer SIO (Social Insurance Organisation) ko monthly contribution karta hai. Pehle 3 saal 4.2%, uske baad 8.4%.
